10/10 with customer service both these that I have used have been amazing great support with them with active updates in the discord when they update both my accounts I have used them on not banned my eft account is lvl 65 kappa while raging with coffee for 3 weeks and my r6 account is champ while using coffee and Exo highly recommend these guys if your going to get into it also if you open a ticket its almost immediate help if its hwid reset or anything these guys are on there stuff.
