Having tested all the flavors of the Apex chairs from Lavi and previously using other services in the past I can say that Lavi is the quickest support, as well as the safest i've used. One account is now pushing level 100 and in diamond rank. Any support tickets have been met with an answer within just a few minutes regardless of time of day I submit the ticket. All in all a good service for what you're paying for.
